Yesterday we decided to take a scenic field trip since we're in the middle of a weather/seasons lesson this week. We just talked about the different seasons and since the first day of fall was a few days ago, it was a great time to check out some amazing changing leaves! Not long after we moved here, we heard about the Georgetown Loop Railroad, but we wanted to wait to check it out because we read that the leaves changing is amazing from the train. And boy were they! Mostly yellows and oranges, probably not late enough in the season for the reds yet, but the leaves really were beautiful, and the boys had a good time. :-) The train ride lasted about an hour to an hour and a half. Check out some of the AMAZING pics we got!
